II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of: providing services or conducting marketing/commercial communication via electronic means of communication (in particular, email, telephone calls, SMS, MMS), in compliance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law, Electronic Services Act, or other regulations governing this purpose and methods of implementation. The User may also provide consent to receive information about updates, which will also result in the Administrator processing personal data to send the User commercial information about new services. Personal data is also processed as part of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the data controller and performing tasks in the public interest, including, but not limited to, tasks related to security and defense, or tax document retention. Optional data provided by the User: Date of birth; PESEL number; Tax Identification Number (in case of requesting an invoice for a business entity). IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.05.2016, p. 1-88, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR.” The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User’s consent. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary. V. USER RIGHTS The User may request information from the Administrator at any time regarding the extent of personal data processing. The User may request correction or rectification of their personal data at any time. The User may withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, without specifying a reason. The request not to process data can concern a specific purpose of processing specified by the User, such as withdrawing consent to receive commercial information, or it can apply to all data processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent for all processing purposes will result in the deletion of the User’s account from the website, along with all personal data previously processed by the Administrator.
