In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, we hereby inform you that: I. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR The administrator of personal data is EU-Cert Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 12/U6 Karola Szymanowskiego Street in Gdańsk (80-280), registered in the entrepreneurs’ register maintained by the Gdańsk – Północ District Court in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000980050, NIP: 5851497842 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”). II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of: providing services or conducting marketing/commercial communication via electronic means of communication (in particular, email, telephone calls, SMS, MMS), in compliance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law, Electronic Services Act, or other regulations governing this purpose and methods of implementation. The User may also provide consent to receive information about updates, which will also result in the Administrator processing personal data to send the User commercial information about new services. Personal data is also processed as part of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the data controller and performing tasks in the public interest, including, but not limited to, tasks related to security and defense, or tax document retention. Personal data may also be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of products, securing and pursuing claims, protection against User or third-party claims, as well as marketing third-party services and products or proprietary marketing, which is not direct marketing. III. TYPES OF DATA The Administrator processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary for: a. Registering on the website: Name and surname; Email address; b. Providing services: Name and surname; Address; Phone number; Email address; c. Optional data provided by the User: Date of birth; PESEL number; Tax Identification Number (in case of requesting an invoice for a business entity). IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.05.2016, p. 1-88, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR.” The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User’s consent. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary. V. USER RIGHTS The User may request information from the Administrator at any time regarding the extent of personal data processing. The User may request correction or rectification of their personal data at any time. The User may withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, without specifying a reason. The request not to process data can concern a specific purpose of processing specified by the User, such as withdrawing consent to receive commercial information, or it can apply to all data processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent for all processing purposes will result in the deletion of the User’s account from the website, along with all personal data previously processed by the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent will not affect past activities. The User may request, without specifying a reason, for the Administrator to delete their data at any time. The request for data deletion will not affect past activities. Deleting data will simultaneously mean deleting the User’s account, along with all personal data previously stored and processed by the Administrator. The User may express an objection to the processing of personal data, both in relation to all personal data processed by the Administrator and only in a limited scope, for example, for processing data for a specific purpose specified by the User. The objection will not affect past activities. Raising an objection will result in the deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data previously stored and processed by the Administrator. The User may request a limitation of the processing of their personal data, either for a specified period or without a time limit, but in a specified scope, which the Administrator will be obliged to fulfill. The User may request the Administrator to transfer the processed personal data to another entity. To do so, the User should submit a request to the Administrator, specifying the entity (name, address) to which the User wishes the Administrator to transfer their personal data. After the User confirms their request, the Administrator will electronically transfer the User’s personal data to the designated entity. Confirmation by the User is required to ensure the security of their personal data and to verify that the request comes from an authorized person.
