Approval of operating procedures for non-separable connections

EU-Cert Sp. z o. o. EU-Cert holds accreditation No. AK 042 issued by PCA for approving non-destructive jointing procedures in the field of Directive 2014/68/EU of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to making pressure equipment available on the market (PED).

 
 
Within the framework of Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), EU-Cert Sp. z o.o., offers the approval of operating procedures for non-separable joints (WPQR and BPQR) in the field of welding and soldering. EU-Cert Sp. z o.o. has the competence to carry out processes according to:
 

  • the standard EN 13134 pertains to brazing procedure specifications.
  • EN ISO 15614-1 for welding of steel;
  • EN ISO 15614-2 on welding of aluminum and its alloys;
  • EN ISO 15614-3 on the welding of unalloyed and low-alloy cast irons
  • EN ISO 15614-5 on welding of titanium, zirconium and their alloys;
  • EN ISO 15614-6 on welding of copper and its alloys;
  • EN ISO 15614-7 on surfacing;
  • EN ISO 15614-8 on welding of pipes with sieve plates;
  • EN ISO 15613 on qualification based on pre-production welding/welding test;
  • EN ISO 15612 on qualification by adoption of standard welding technology;
  • AD 2000-Merkblatt HP2/1 Regulations.
