EU-Cert

In non-accredited areas, EU-Cert Sp. z o. o. independent personnel certification is a voluntary service for participants in training programs organized by partners collaborating with EU-Cert Sp. z o.o. external training centers.
 
 
In non-accredited areas, EU-Cert Sp. z o.o. offers certification in the following areas:

1. Certification of products involves verifying their compliance with Directive 2001/95/EC on general product safety.
2. Certification of personnel making non-separable connections according to the requirements of the relevant standard.
    
   • EN ISO 9606-1 regarding qualification testing of welders – fusion welding -steels.
   • EN ISO 9606-2 regarding qualification testing of welders – fusion welding – aluminium and aluminium alloys.
   • EN ISO 9606-3 regarding approval testing of welders – fusion welding – copper and copper alloys.
   • EN ISO 9606-4 regarding approval testing of welders – fusion welding – Nickel and nickel alloys.
   • EN ISO 9606-5 regarding approval testing of welders – fusion welding – Titanium and titanium alloys,
   • EN ISO 14732 regarding welding operators;
   • EN ISO 13585 regarding brazers.

    

3. Approval of operating procedures:
    
   WPQR and BPQR non-separable connections according to the requirements of the relevant standard:
    
   • EN ISO 15614-1 for welding of steel;
   • EN ISO 15614-2 on welding of aluminum and its alloys;
   • EN ISO 15614-5 on welding of titanium, zirconium and their alloys;
   • EN ISO 15614-6 on welding of copper and its alloys;
   • EN ISO 15614-7 on surfacing;
   • EN ISO 15614-8 on welding of pipes with sieve plates;
   • EN ISO 15614-8 regarding electron and laser beam welding;
   • EN ISO 17660-1 on welding of reinforcing steel, load-bearing joints;
   • EN ISO 17660-1 on welding of reinforcing steel, non-bearing joints;

    
   b) cutting (CPQR) according to EN 1090-2 Annex D.

4. Certification of manufacturers of materials/components according to the PED. Manufacturers of materials/elements used in the manufacture of pressure equipment may certify a quality system that will be checked for compliance with Annex I, section 4.3 2014/68/EU. The manufacturer should have a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 or prove during the audit that the quality system implemented and applied guarantees the supply of compliant materials/elements.
5. Certification for the transfer of markings on materials intended for the manufacture of pressure equipment in accordance with the Directive 2014/68/EU and harmonised standards.
    
    
   
   EU-Cert Sp. z o. o. offers:
   
    
   • conducting a voluntary inspection to check the handling of identifying the transfer of material markings on materials for the manufacture of pressure equipment device,
   • one-time presence of an expert for the migration of material labels
