I GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

- The owner provides access to the content of the website in accordance with the following General Terms.

IV. COOKIES

VIII. RELATIONSHIP TO CONCLUDED CONTRACTS
If not otherwise stipulated, the General Terms constitute a comprehensive and exhaustive agreement between the User and the Owner regarding the use of the website, within the scope of the content contained therein, and replace any other agreements, understandings, or contracts related to the subject matter (content) of these General Terms.
IX. The change of website conditions
1. The owner of the website reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time by posting their updated version on the terms and conditions page of the website. These changes take effect for users from the moment of their publication, unless otherwise indicated in the modified General Terms and Conditions.
X. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
1. Any disputes that may arise between the Parties shall be resolved in the first instance through amicable negotiation and arbitration proceedings before an appropriate arbitration court (arbitration clause).
2. If an amicable resolution of the dispute proves impossible, any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved by a court located within the jurisdiction of the Owner’s registered office.
XI. Legal basis
1. In matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the relevant laws concerning telecommunications of the country where the owner of the website has its registered office shall apply accordingly.
